Post-Op Care

We drain excess fluid from the body. This 60-min massage is highly recommended for post-surgical patients to reduce swelling, formation of fibroids, and excess scar tissue. Included in your session are consultations, self-massage lessons, and customized plans.

No! We will always check in with you during your session to ensure that you are comfortable. Lymphatic drainage may be uncomfortable, but it is not meant to be painful. If you feel pain during your session, please let your provider know so we can adjust to your comfort level. Never be afraid to speak up during your session! You have full control of your comfort while on the table.

No! We are not licensed or trained in the opening of surgical incisions. Doing so can lead to infection, scar tissue, and other complications. We will NEVER open -- or offer to open -- your incisions during your session.

We are 100% mobile, which means we come to you! We do not have a physical office or spa location. We travel within 10 miles of 35th and the 101 in Glendale, AZ. A $10 charge is added for each mile we travel outside of the 10 mile boundary.

The number of sessions an individual needs varies. You can expect to need between 2-4 sessions a week, especially your first 4 weeks post-op. However, everyone should receive post-op massages for 14 weeks following surgery. We can recommend a plan for recovery that works for you.

We offer 5, 8, and 10 session packages which allow you to save money on multiple sessions. All packages come with self-massage tutorials, treatment plans, and include all travel fees (excluding additional mile fees for clients outside of the 10 mile boundary).
