Our targeted, signature SI Release is ideal for clients who suffer from sciatica, or tension and pain in their lower back, hips, and glutes. The goal of this massage is to decrease pain, stiffness, and tension, while increasing mobility, relaxation, and balance to your lower back, SI region, and hips.

This signature massage is ideal for clients who experience sciatica down one or both legs, pain or decreased mobility in their hips, and/or glute and low back pain from a lifetime of use or injury.

This massage includes a unique blend of structural massage modalities, including myotherapy, myofascial release, and trigger point therapy, and can be enhanced with cupping or scraping.

This release involves stretching of the legs and hips, so please be sure to wear loose-fitting shorts or pants for your appointment.

Our signature SI Release is a full 60 minutes long to ensure that you receive all the care and attention your body deserves. It can also be added onto a 90-minute full-body session.
