What to Expect
You can expect your session to begin in the most comfortable place around -- your own home! Our licensed massage therapist brings your session to you. All you need is a place large enough to fit a massage table. The ideal space is private and quiet. This time is you time!
Your therapist will arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time to set up. Please be ready for them. Your massage therapist will then sit down with you to have a brief consultation to go over your health history and to address any concerns prior to your session.

First Myofascial Release Session
- Free consultation
- Thoracid outlet release, shoulder release, or hip/SI release performed by a trained, licensed professional with an advanced certificate in myofascial release
- Aftercare suggestions, including a list of exercises and/or stretches to perform in between sessions
